Digital Impact Program
The Communes Digital Impact Project is an Official Cisco Systems School, 3C-TIC, in Dakar Senegal, which will first train 300 young people to gather information in their towns, and then use a 5-level cascade teaching method to teach another 400 higher-level volunteer young people to re-establish 50 complete local government websites.
